Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline. Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork. You are a sparring partner for the business for trends and developments within our profession and within your target group. You participate in the continuous improvement initiatives within our recruitment processes.What you will bringExtensive WestEuropean end to end full recruitment cycle experience.
Ideally experience of logistics, international scope and within a corporate environment would be a great asset.A strong understanding of recruitment technology with previous experience of working with an established ATS, preferably Oracle (Fusion). A focus on candidate and hiring manager experience. being able to communicate fluent in English is essential as well as native understanding of Spanish, Italian or Dutch. Demonstrable experience of sourcing high quality talent. Fantastic stakeholder management skills and the ability to talk to line managers of all levels in different countries.
