You'll be working with our TalentAcquisition Specialist Bieke, learning how to find and bring in great candidates for job openings.
During your internship, you'll pick up skills in recruiting through methods like job postings, employer branding, employee referrals, and assessments.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and hiring process and develop valuable skills in communication, organization, and time management! What will be in your bowl? Take part in the recruitment process and support the team with:
Opening of new positions Identifying potential candidates through various channels Intake with hiring managers CV screening of candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement Systems like Teamtailor, Notion, LinkedIn Recruiter Data maintenance Get your paws on Employer branding :
Identify best practices in employer branding Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events or initiatives Onboarding Support and shape the onboarding process for new Pack members What skills & tricks should you bring? Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program Eligible to work in Belgium Fluent in English Time-management skills with a problem-solving and “can do” attitude Naturally collaborative person Attention to detail and accuracy Curious about recruitment and talentacquisition Must be available min. 3 days a week, on-site This is an unpaid internship that will provide valuable experience in the field of recruitment.
