) These are your tasks:
As part of your core activity, you will provide telephone support as part of a team and look after the entire IT infrastructure, including network components, firewalls, DSLAMs, Windows servers (cloud and on-premise), system and standard software and VoIP telephone systems You will independently design and manage IT projects and coordinate collaboration with external service providers After your induction period, you will take part in the alternating, time-limited on-call duty This is you:
You have completed your training as an IT specialist or have an equivalent qualification You have already gained some relevant work experience You work in a service-oriented manner You are characterized by your independent way of working and your affinity for new technologies We look forward to you and your application!
