Requirements University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 15 years of relevant working experience in IT; At least 3 years of experience in user support (including user training); Outstanding, proven capacity to autonomously learn very complex business processes; Outstanding, proven communication and diplomatic skills; Outstanding, proven mastery of all soft skills required for excellent user support; Excellent analytical and logical thinking; Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals; Proven experience of PL/SQL (designing complex queries, debugging and/or fine-tuning existing queries); Excellent experience with Excel filters, pivots, charts, and complex formulas; Experience defining and implementing strategies; Knowledge of statistical mathematics fundamentals; Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio would be an asset; Experience with VBA macros would be an asset; Experience with Jira would be an asset; ITIL certification would be an advantage; Excellent command of the English language, French would be an asset.
