You will understand time-sensitive nature of product launches by minimizing and/or eliminating delays within the critical path.
Resolve supply readiness risks & issues and escalate to PVU SupplyLeads that cannot be resolved.
You will support and collaborate with the Supply Chain functional teams such as Systems and Processes, Master Data and E2E Product Planning for the purposes of supply and capacity planning readiness (e.g., SIOP cycle) needed to meet the commercial volume demand as per launch plan.You will effectively use designated systems applications to support launch execution and communication e.g.
QMS, Integrate, Polaris.
Responsible for updating and maintaining all systems databases required by the Launch Excellence Framework.You will participate in the implementation of departmental and cross-functional process improvement initiatives e.g.
S&TS Launch Framework, Change Control Network, AW and Labeling through lessons learnt and experience sharing.You will escalate strategic/tactical supply risks identified during project execution that could impact multiple products/assets or supply/manufacturing strategies.You will support the PVU Supply Chain Leads for the designated therapeutic area and act as a backup with respect to launch readiness when needed for representation in specific meetings and committees such as pre-CTR, CTR, TST’s, SIOP cycles.You will work as a member of the PVU Supply Chain team to contribute in the Practice growth by sharing lessons learned, ways of working, etc.For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
You have a Master’s degreeYou have the ability to influence, lead others to ensure alignment across all stakeholders and enable execution.You have the ability to create collaboration and navigate across the organization from Operations to Leadership levels.You are understanding, consolidating translating, and sharing the big picture and embracing all perspectives.A good financial background is required.You have an in-depth (min 10 years) expertise in Supply Chain management with at least 5 years’ experience in the Life science industry.
You have Pharma business understanding in a global world, including development, launch, geography expansion, loss of exclusivity and the regulations applicable.
You have a strong business acumen, analytical skills, familiar with financial evaluation techniques.You have robust long-term planning and new product launches process knowledgeAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
