This team is a key function in the collaboration between business and solution management at D&IT.
To be successful you will need to consider many variables in the supplychain while not losing sight of the bigger picture and the end-to-end connections.Your main tasks will be:
Monitor and react on deviations to secure transport planningManage support cases from external and internal users for applicable system solutionsProvide training for usersContinuously update or create new training materialCooperate with solution management and 2nd line support regarding incidentsWork with root cause analysesRecommend improvements to transport systems concerning their operational availability, reliability, and performanceDrive our digitalization journey by exploring new tools and propose new ways of workingWho are you?We are looking for someone who has an operational sense of urgency, a versatile employee who is motivated by exploring and implementing new ways of working to achieve best result.
