To strengthen our team in Andenne/St Vith, we are looking for a:
SupplyChainManager Your Mission As the SupplyChainManager for Andenne and Saint-Vith sites, your mission is pivotal.
You'll handle budget preparation, manage KPIs, and expertly foster relations between departments.
You will ensure alignment with conditions for personnel, organization, and assets, you play a crucial role in maintaining efficient, compliant, and positively engaged supplychain operations.
What you will do? Administration/Services:
Oversee all Administration department functions, including Planning and S&OP-IBP, logistic inter-co, local purchasing, local master data, administration account VIM, and administration services.
Warehouse:
Manage stock in different warehouses, internal and external.
Take actions to address deviations in stock levels, obsolete stock, slow-moving items, QC blocked items, expired goods, and stock adjustments.
Optimize safety stock, lead time, and MOQ in collaboration with production and product managers (S&OP).
Manage the external warehouse.
Logistics:
Manage and monitor physical flows in/out, logistic inter-co, and subcontracting with agreed service levels and minimal cost.
Support SupplyChainManagerPuratos to enhance organization and customer satisfaction.
Develop and apply policies on quality, hygiene, safety, in collaboration with QA manager and Safety Manager.
Who are we looking for? You hold a Master's degree in logistics or a related field.
You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Planning with knowledge of World Class SupplyChain and 5S methodology.
Experience in the food industry is an asset.
You are fluent in French or Dutch (written & spoken language) & English.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
Knowledge of planning tool SAP APO PP/DS is an asset.
You have strong collaboration and communication skills, ensuring high customer needs satisfaction.
You are a strong people manager, acting as a true Coach and Motivator.
