Responsible for building and optimizing the supplychain for our new MEA business.

Your Impactas SupplyChainManagerHydrogen You will translate the business strategy into a supplychain strategy, implement this in the plants, ensuring required customer service levels while balancing cost and cash You will lead the S&OP cycle and realize with key stakeholders in sales and operations the S&OP process objectives for the different plants (4 locations worldwide & expanding) You will optimize and further develop worldwide supply network to meet growth ambition in close collaboration with procurement, process and technology teams You will adapt, drive, and deploy digital supplychain process tools and embed in the planning team You will strongly cooperate with procurement in developing and managing suppliers and subcontractors in supply network You will guarantee supplychain environmental, social, economical sustainability in the plants and supply network.
About You Essential skills & competencies You have relevant work experience (5-10 years) in supplychain, driving S&OP in business context You have University Masters Degree (business administration, engineering) You have passion for digitization Good understanding of all supplychain processes, deep knowledge of strategical, tactical, and operational supplychain processes while showing hands on approach Entrepreneurial spirit Strong communication and coaching skills Strong time management and organizational skills Will you dare to take the next step?
