Administer and maintain plant quality Improvement Program in compliance with corporate QIP Standards.
Work with regional quality teams to ensure best practices are implemented.
Lead teams and implement quality changes as needed.ResponsibilitiesDirect al aspects of the Quality Improvement ProgramLead internal RCA, Change Management, and Training teams as directedPerform analyses of plant operating data to establish correlation between operating parameters and qualityConduct process control audits, process improvement projects and any other projects, which contribute to the Continuous Improvement program.
