Responsibilities:

Lead the development of tax technology strategies aligned with clients business goals and tax compliance requirements.

Collaborate with clients to assess their current tax technology capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on emerging trends and best practices in tax technology.
4.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including tax, IT, finance, and operations, to design and implement tax technology solutions that drive value and efficiency.
5.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of tax technology platforms and tools, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.
6.
Oversee the development and execution of tax technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
7.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth in tax technology.
8.
Serve as a subject matter expert on tax technology matters, representing the company in client meetings, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
9.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for tax technology services and support client engagement efforts.
10.
Stay updated on regulatory changes, market trends, and technological advancements in tax technology to inform strategic decision-making and client recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
Masters degree or CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax technology consulting, tax technology strategy, or related roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing tax technology strategies and solutions.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and tax technology platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully leading tax technology projects and driving business impact.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
