Masters Degree4-6 years experience in strategy consulting; in-house strategy or ; or 0 to 1 year post MBAAbility to form simple, cohesive, persuasive and data driven arguments; communicate with impact – both presented (ppt) and written (memos).Experience in managing multiple partners to deliver different workstreams at one time, from workplan through to findings and implications, in a strategy consulting-like contextStrong sense of observation, inventive & critical mindset, curiosity and problem-solving skillsProactivity, flexibility, work organizational skills; Comfort with balancing across multiple ongoing projects and initiativesAbility to work independently to drive to implications and recommendationsCapability to socialize and rapidly demonstrate value in order to integrate and work in cross-functional and multi-cultural teams; Experience working directly with C-suite or senior leadership Fluent in English (written and spoken); other relevant languages is a plusAbility to perform analysis with advanced Excel skillsScientific background, with an understanding of biopharma/biotech and the broader healthcare industry is a plusEntrepreneurial experience is a plusOUR OFFER:
