planning, process, systems, budget, monitoring, reporting and ensuring that we optimize our supplier engagements.Expert and Master level StrategicServicesSourcingManager are also responsible for service delivery of CrossLab sourcingservices to customers, providing experienced consultancy on topics such as:
Total Cost of ownership, contract negotiations, supplier rationalization, and Cost Savings performance KPIs.Your Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Develop and implement service sourcing strategies, plans, and priorities, collaborating with business partnersHandle customer programs and projects such as budget, pricing, tender, and quoting support for customer assetsParticipate in customer reviews with the Enterprise team to represent StrategicSourcing and discuss status, planning, and additional savings opportunitiesPerforms CSS/RFP implementation services for customers by handling change orders and renewalsEvaluate supplier bids, select vendor partners, and negotiate contracts (OEM/3PP/ASP) on a global or regional scale to meet the needs of Agilent’s customers and achieve our cost savings, strategic, and quality goalsMaintain collaborative relationships with suppliers while effectively resolving supplier performance / capability issuesRecommend alternative suppliers to meet evolving customer needsQualificationsConfirmed track-record in professional suppliers’ management, negotiation, sourcing and/or procurement with at least proficient practical experienceCommercial acuity, proficiency of analysing and acting on performance and financial information to drive business results and achieve objectivesUnderstanding of chemical/pharma/bio laboratory products, service business and players is an advantageAbility to listen/understand client requirements, working across different countries and culturesDemonstrated dedication to customer satisfaction and strong interpersonal skills; proficient in Dutch and English language, French is a plusSkilled in multitasking, collaboration, and leadership across various projectsEducational degree in relevant field or equivalentWe offer:
