We're looking for people who live the values of our culture and can bring our vision to life.The RoleWe are looking for a fast starter, innovative, and inspirational Enterprise Account Manager to lead, grow and develop our relationship with a dedicated named customer set across Belgium.

This Account Manager will lead all aspects of the evolution of the account across the territory and be responsible to identify new business opportunities across all Juniper infrastructure solutions for the Named Accounts, working closely and having existing or building-up new contacts with top executives in the account.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record working with Enterprise Accounts and be able to effectively connect with key stakeholders, executing multiple priorities simultaneously.The role may be located in Belgium and will report to our BeNeLux Sales Director.What you will do Sell Juniper products and solutions to, through and the Named Accounts.

This will involve close interworking with both the client and Juniper touch sales channels, and the wider account team across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Position end-to-end solutions and articulate Juniper strategies to senior management in the account.

Educate client sales teams about relevant Juniper solutions and selling them the benefits of the Juniper partnership, Develop sales strategies for target markets including account targeting, goal setting, messaging, marketing programs etc.

Forecasting, lead and opportunity management and reporting.

Engage with all customer functions involved in or influencing Juniper business developments (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Services etc.), up to Senior Executive level In addition this role will mentor, coach and manage team-members to align strategy, drive execution and growth.

The experience we would like you to have Flemish & French speaker essential Technological enthusiast, basic knowledge of networking & security solutions, general good overview of new technologies and innovations A proven track record of success (5+ years) selling to and through different verticals in the Enterprise segment 5+ years’ experience developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and presenting networking, security, or related high-tech solutions.

Desire to mentor and coach other team members in the Benelux region, previous experience preferred Demonstrable strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills and using a win/win philosophy.

The ability to articulate success record and define how a vendor can make a difference.

Relationship management skills that translate into identifying decision-makers and influencers.

Must have the ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and a strong team player.
