Job descriptionAs a Requirements Engineer/Entry Point you will work within the Feature Team Business Process Digitalization, which has a primary focus on efficiency increasing initiatives for operations through automation via Robotics (RPA and RDA) and business process management.You will be an active listener for your business client and Product Owner:
together with them you will translate epics into meaningful features as part of an end-to-end process.
Together with the Solution Architect and the System Designer you will organize the work of your Upstream team.
You will secure the proper hand-over of the Features to the applicable downstream development team(s), which in turn cut the Features into User Stories.As such, you are the spokesperson of trust for the business client, demonstrating expertise on the level of underlying processes and applications.Your ProfileProfileAs a Requirements Engineer/Entry Point you’re the one we’re looking for if you have:
A good sense of humourAn economic background with strong affinities with processes and their automation through applications, or vice versaActive knowledge of (at least) one national language (FR/NL) and English, combined with a good understanding of the other national languageCustomer focus and a strong ability to (actively) listenExperience/eagerness to learn about development of processes through IBM’s Business Automation Workflow platform, and willing to play the role of lead of a 3 person squad The eagerness to develop, to look for new solutions and to learn proactivelyStrong team player skillsInnovative genes:
