Supporting SBM & MM with 360 Campaign Management by creative development, planning, & executionMedia planning & execution, PR & Activation, trade marketing collaborationBeing an owner of NPDs with a focus on seasonals and collabsProject managing NPD preparation and launch, working with supply, innovation, RFFS, and sales teams as neededBeing Trade Marketing key contact – being responsible for linking brand and trade teams together on day to day tasks and regular check in with trade and commercial teamsBrand leading for PD growth strategy, working in close collaboration with PD team and for VBI/pack strategy execution, working closely with Design Lead & RFFS UK Lead as requiredWho we are looking for :
Experience in FMCG Brand ManagementCreative ThinkerAble to handle pressure, work with agility and under tight deadlinesExperience managing cross-functional teams and external agenciesHappy to follow & enhance established brand guidelinesStrong interpersonal leadership qualities to build relationships and teams, lead cross functional initiatives, engage senior stakeholders and proven ability to persuade, bring unsolicited advice and influence to achieve outstanding resultsFluent French or Dutch and English are a mustNext to our competitive base salary, we put our people first by providing on-top benefits :
