Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and help enact the defined recruitment strategies.Conduct comprehensive (pre)screenings with potential candidates, evaluating their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.Prepare detailed and insightful candidate profiles for presentation to hiring managers, highlighting key skills, experiences, and potential contributions.Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to identify and attract top talent in the aerospace industry.Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for critical positions, ensuring a continuous pool of qualified candidates.Promote a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
Your Profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,a related field or through similar experiencefirst experience in recruitment, specifically in an industrial fieldExcellent communication in Dutch, French and EnglishExcellent interviewing, assessment, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft office, more specifically outlook and Excel.Flexibility to work on different locations within Belgium Our Offer :
