Responsibilities:
Govern the progression of the project within the set deadline and budget constraints.Ensure compliance with the commercial process taking both the customer and internal milestones in mind.Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and team members regularly within the defined channels.Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.Apply Dematic standard solutions and ways of working as much as possible throughout the project.Lead internal project meetings and facilitate effective collaboration among team members.Facilitation of key knowledge transfer between all involved with the projectPrepare customer meetings / workshops and conduct them together with the sales departmentStarting from a standard template, write the proposal document which accurately reflects our offered solution towards the customer.Monitor and evaluate the project's budget constraints, proactively address unexpected differences and follow the necessary escalation measures where needed.Continuously manage the scope of the project to keep both the customer and internal resources in line.You are the primary contact for your project to coordinate with all involved departments such as, but not limited to:
solution development, sales, IT, electrical and mechanical engineering, procurement, project execution, COE's, … .Skills and experienceYou have a degree in engineering or a comparable professional qualification.You have professional experience in comparable fields of activityIdeally you have expertise with intralogistics technology, such as:
storage and retrieval machines, shuttle storage solutions and other material handling technology.Strong in the following traits:
time management, effective communication skills (verbal and written) and have a 'getting things done' mindset.Ability to work under pressure and to tight timelinesYou are communicative and are fluent in English and Dutch.
