Provide technical and procedural support to the regions.
Provide training and technical and procedural documentation for the roll-out.
Support other tools use in the global Service Organization in terms of interaction to the main Service Now Application.
PROFILE DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
ServiceNow Administrator certificate.
Several years of hands-on development and design experience in a java project with significant size and complexity.
Education and experience in Service Now project implementation and administration.
Technical knowledge in Service Now, mobile app and database structure.
Project Management and Project control for global roll-out of the Software Applications.
Preferably, you have experience with desktop applications.
A solid understanding of Oracle & SQL.
Experience to work in international teams in close coordination with internal and external IT service provider.
English
- very good verbal and written communication and knowledge.
