Requirements University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 5 years; Proficiency in crafting ServiceQuality Models aligned with Industry Standards and tailored on Organizational needs; In -depth knowledge of of quality benchmarks like SERVQUAL, ISO 9000, TQM, with a specific emphasis on IT services; Expertise in partnering with Technical Experts to formulate metrics and Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) for NDWC services; Proven experience in presenting reports and delivering presentations to various management levels; Certifications in widely recognized ServiceQuality Standards and/or Frameworks is consider advantageous; NATO Security Clearance is required; Excellent command of the English language.
