You are also responsible for handling and supporting service cases, which can be local but also global service cases.
You provide on-site support for the customer for more complex service cases and special applications ., commissioning or repairs of the frequency converters.
You are responsible for the processing of service orders and for a structured information provision to our service administration.
You prepare service-related quotations.
You collaborate with the service, engineering and sales teams in the Benelux region, but also with colleagues in different countries and regions.
It is also an important task to support our Service Partners.

You hold a Bachelors’ degree in Electromechanics, or you have completed A2 Electromechanics and you were able gain some experience with commissioning and repair work on frequency converters or similar products.
