As a Service Desk Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient 2nd line support to our network of certified installers and partners within the B2B sphere.

Responsibilities You will play an important role in collaborating with various departments, including R&D and Sales, to ensure effective assistance for customers and collectively enhance product development.  You will get to know our products inside and out, collect feedback from users and translate the user manual into user benefits and explain it in an understandable way.  Your primary responsibilities will revolve around addressing inquiries and technical issues via both phone and email channels, all managed through our streamlined ticketing system.  You will help find solutions for our customers if they experience problems during installation or configuration.  You will assist Smappee partners by providing support to their end customers.  Requirements You posses a genuine interest in ICT (HW and Software) and/or Electricity, with a willingness to expand knowledge in the energy/e-mobility sector You enjoy working collaboratively in a team and engaging with customers You are fluent in English and Dutch; proficiency in French is a bonus You exhibit a sense of accountability, a focus on quality, and a knack for problem-solving And you hold a deep-seated commitment to renewable energy and sustainable practices Benefits At Smappee we believe in a modern and dynamic work environment where you can be yourself and truly inspire people to contribute to a better planet.
