Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Contracts Business.Lead all aspects of contracts management, including successful tender submissions, ongoing contract monitoring and support and future shaping of our offer.Identify future contract targets, Drive insights for Contract hunters from financial perspective.Assess financial opportunities and risks of potential Contract wins and current Abbottcontracts under retender.Guide, Monitor, analyze, & provide expertise on pricing and product mix opportunities.Advise on contract pricing and contract offering for large and complex bids.Work with the sales, marketing, market access and internal other stakeholders to improve their understanding of financial data, and implications for decisions within trusts.Support troubleshooting of major issues within key accounts as required and identify improvements to help mitigate or resolve these issues.Work with the upper management & stakeholders internally and externally to standardize Targeting & Segmentation of contracts.Your Profile:
University degree or equivalent in experienceMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in MedTech, Pharma or similar industryStrong commercial experienceStrong analytical skills and experience from statistical forecasting and the ability to use analysis in an operational context to support the Diabetes Care team in decision making processes.Strong business acumen, driving business critical processes.Ability to plan, organize and manage complex projects, whilst dealing with conflicting priorities, efficiently and effectivelyFluency in English, Dutch and/or FrenchExcellent system skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SAPAbbott offers an attractive salary package combined with good opportunities to grow and develop.
