Your concrete tasks:

Act as a centre of expertise for remuneration policies (fixed and variable remuneration, retention and LTI, compensation review, warrants, mobility, cafeteria plan, etc.) and constantly track the latest developments and trends in your area of specialisation in order to optimise existing policies and ramp up your own knowledge.Propose and roll out projects relating to organisational structure, remuneration and benefits in accordance with HR policy and coordinate the actions of the internal entities concerned in order to implement the organisation's policy in this area and ensure consistency between the various actions.Help deal with complex questions relating to one or more aspects of Compensation & Benefits in order to assist the experts in this field.Coordinate and monitor the Executive Compensation Review (ECR) for the Executive population.

Serve as a contact person for stakeholders (other HR departments/trade unions/Group) to nurture a constructive climate of collaboration.Based on the policies defined, liaise with other HR teams (operational, Talent, recruitment, etc.) to ensure that they are operationally feasible and that these policies are translated into operational processes.

Play an active role in negotiating Compensation & Benefits issues with trade unions.Your ProfileYou have a Master’s degree (in law or economics).You have at least 10 years’ relevant experience.You have experience in Legal (Tax) and are familiar with the technical aspects of compensation.You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and are a team player.You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.You are a strategic thinker.You are well versed in project management.You are able to deal with different stakeholders with different levels of analytical knowledge.You are autonomous, solution-driven and do not hesitate to take initiatives.You have a good grasp of Excel, Word and Power Point.About AXAAt AXA, we want to be more than the world leader in insurance and asset management. Our purpose is ‘Act for human progress by protecting what matters’.
