Partner with key stakeholders in assigned business areas to source, select and hire qualified candidates at a variety of levelsManage and own the recruitment process end-to-end and ensuring a positive experience for all those involvedDevelop a sourcing strategy to build and maintain a strong candidate pipelineDrive offer process - building compensation proposals and packages that meet both SWIFT and candidate needsOrganise, and represent SWIFT at external job fairs, conferences, community/industry eventsCarry out management reporting and data analysis to inform decision-making, using internal and external market data and tools such as Talent InsightsLeading and contributing to regional and global projects to transform the hiring experience, develop our employer branding initiatives and increase the capabilities of the TalentAcquisition teamWork with the whole HR department to share knowledge, best practices and experiencesQualifications:
Minimum of seven years full-life cycle recruitment experience, whether agency, RPO or in-houseUp-to-date knowledge of sourcing methodologies, strong track record of networking externally and expert in competency based interviewingExperience with recruiting across locations in EuropePassionate about building an organisation through its people and enabling excellent candidate and colleague experiencesFluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent stakeholder management with influencing skillsCollaborative team worker, well organised, able to work autonomously, and a growth mind-set mentalityExcellent attention to detail skills and high standard in terms of quality of outputWhat we offerWe put you in control of careerWe give you a competitive packageWe help you perform at your bestWe help you make a differenceWe give you the freedom to be yourselfWe give you the freedom to be yourself.
