Operating and maintaining the facility (24/7), infrastructure management and business services will be your main focus next to delivering a safe, compliant, efficient, and effective workplace.
SeniorSupervisorE&PS (f/m/d) Major Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 7 24/7 standby utility operators to guarantee uptime around the clock * Manage a team of 2 Process control specialists * Follow-up financials * Overall responsible for shutdown works * Provide input for and update maintenance plans and checklists * Participate in projects (replacements, expansions) adding hand on knowledge to the team * Apply all required GMP procedures * Provide input for improvements to current buildings and systems * Participate in a standby system for interventions outside of office hours * Serve as a backup for the Facilities Manager Education:
* Master's degree in engineering, life sciences etc.
Or equivalent experience required Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
* Minimum of 5 years maintenance/ facility mgmt experience * Strong problem-solving skills and a 'Can do' mentality * Able to delegate, steer a large contractor population * Good knowledge of maintenance in a GMP environment required * Fluency in Dutch is essential in order to communicate with utility operators and various technicians working for contractor companies.
* Good English skills are a benefit.
