5 years of experience in the technical domain PacketCoreKnowledge of Networks, Telecommunications, IT environment and IP protocols.Experience with remote overseas operation teams (Europe)Communication skills as well as listening skillsCustomer orientated and service mindedTeam playerFluent English.
