Together with the solutions architects and technical team lead, you are responsible for architecture and technical decision making within projects.Coach and mentor junior and medior softwareengineers, and share your technical expertise during Lemonaries, workshops and Tech Talks Actively participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality.Collaborate with the development team, product managers and other stakeholders to understand and translate technical requirements into solutions.Identify and solve complex technical challenges and provide technical direction.Continue to learn and keep abreast of new developments in software development.?What qualities do you have?Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, SoftwareEngineering or similar technical degree.Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as a softwareengineer, with expertise in designing and developing software solutions.Extensive knowledge of multiple programming languages and frameworks (Java, Angular, Flutter, React, Node.JS) and experience with both front-end and back-end development.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.?Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Drive to continuously learn and develop your skills.?What do we offer?You will be part of a self-managing team and we will give you a high degree of autonomy, trust and responsibility We are a knowledge sharing environment, within Lemon Academy we offer you the opportunity to share and gain knowledge along with the rest of the team An all-in salary package:
