Develop back-end logic and modern user interfaces within our product range.
Optimise execution, robustness, and use of system resources.
Collaborate with testers to identify and resolve issues.
Provide proficient documentation for software modules.
Support realistic planning for development efforts by estimating work and time requirements.
Your Profile:
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a software development related field Minimum 5 years of experience coding in Kotlin/Java and C++ Experience in developing embeddedsoftware/firmware on Android Experience in developing Android Applications Experience in developing embeddedsoftware/firmware on Linux is a plus You have at least additional experience in some of the following domains/tools:
Python Android low level OS knowledge (knowledge of MDEP is a big plus) Knowledge of (embedded) Android internals Linux low level OS Network communication (TCP/UDP…) Multithreading (thread safety mechanisms…) Git and/or Svn, CI/CD, TDD, automation Video/Audio processing, codecs, OpenGL / Gstreamer, Qt, Android media framework DevOps and infrastructure Agile way of working (scrum, kanban, safe, less, …) Fluent in English.
