add/revoke users, Assisting with customer familiarisation and training, Assisting in the writing and improving Process documentation, Working with 1st line to improve their service, Assisting 2nd line support at busy times.

All on the job training will be provided onsite in Brussels,• Eye for detail,• Ability to follow but also construct Processes ,• Good command of Dutch AND English AND French (both written and spoken) is a must• Confident to give customer training ,• Stress resistant,• Able to cover shift either 8am start OR 6pm finish on occasion shared with other members of the team.
