As the Senior QA Manager at SASMAR, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for our medical devices and food supplements.
This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of quality management systems, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance and support.
Conduct internal audits and review quality management systems.
Oversee product quality through testing and inspection.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness.
Monitor industry trends and advancements in quality assurance.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology.
Proven experience as a Senior QA Manager in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A keen attention to detail.
Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) is highly desirable.
