Initiating, developing and maintaining contacts with (internal) customers and other relevant stakeholders, as well as representing these stakeholders within the own team.

Qualifications Your profile Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A passion for software development, a focus on creating exceptional user experiences, and a customer-centric approach are crucial.
Comfortable in interacting with all organizational levels, adept at distilling complex technical and business concepts into clear narratives, and skilled at providing positive, constructive feedback.
Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of German, French, or Dutch is considered an asset.
Technical skills Experience with machine learning lifecycle, including model selection , training, validation, and deployment.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
Keen understanding of customer needs.
At least 5 years of experience managing SaaS or PaaS products.
A strong grasp of agile methodologies and a track record of working with cross-functional agile teams.
You should possess an analytical mindset , capable of using data to inform decision-making and evaluate product success.
Familiarity with the full software development life cycle and various prioritization frameworks, such as RICE, Kano Model, MoSCoW, and Cost of Delay, is expected.
