Responsibilities:
Works out the mechanical aspects of the assigned projects from the start of the project (preparing drawings, diagrams and basic calculations).Provides advice in the context of risk analyses and ensures that the measures to be taken are incorporated in the drawings and diagrams.Prepares competition and implementation files (including drawing up technical descriptions).Supervises any assigned designers and project draftsmen.Contributes to the preparation of project planning (employee planning, task and time allocation).Draws up an investment budget for the mechanical aspects of a project and is responsible for realising the project within this budget.Participates in purchasing activities related to projects (price request, checking invoices, discussions with suppliers, checking materials supplied/work carried out, etc.)Requirements:
Master in Mechanics or Electromechanics or equivalent through experience.Experience with designing process installations (PFD, P&ID, pipeline systems, tanks, etc.).Experience with setting up 3D layouts is a must.LDrawing up and managing engineering listsOperational knowledge of legal regulations and guidelines (PED, ATEX, VLAREM, etc.) is a plus.Has a basic knowledge of chemistry, electricity & automation and the necessary knowledge of materials.Skilled in analysing and reporting technical issues.Talented in solving and organising the solution of technical challenges.If this role is of interest to you, please apply now! #LI-JR1 Quantapart of QCS Staffing AntwerpFlanders
