Provide strategic direction, coordinate with multiple stakeholder to prioritize needs and inform product roadmaps in social, influencer, QR code and link shortening SAAS tools.Ensuring that activities are fully integrated and deliver brand and business objectives..

Implementing automation & AI driven solutionsServing internal and agency side stakeholders to make the most of our enterprise SAAS toolsetsManaging vendor-side managed service and product resourcesPartnering with the operations and other product managers for ongoing service delivery across domainsLeading/managing projects and/or processes and coaching lower level professionals.Making improvements or recommended enhancements of processes, systems, tools or products to enhance performance.Solving problems by drawing from prior experience, analyzing and interpreting internal or external issues, and modifying these to come up with solution definitions.Influencing others regarding policies, practices, and procedures and justifying and gaining cooperation of other parties on practices, policies, and procedures.Communicating with parties within and outside of own job function, and potentially with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.).Qualifications & Requirements:

A University Degree (Bachelor) or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.At least 5 years of prior relevant experience in solutions management/product management, maintaining and evolving ongoing capabilities and services across domains.Experience with enterprise SAAS (Software as a Service) toolsUnderstanding of social media, influencer marketing and digital marketingDemonstrated ability to lead/manage projects with large and diverse sets of stakeholders and/or processes and coach lower level professionals/vendor-side resources.Proven track record in solutions/product management, making improvements or recommending enhancements of processes, systems, or products to enhance performance.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw from prior experience, analyze and interpret internal or external issues, and modify these to come up with solution definitions.Ability to bridge and balance the needs of business and technical stakeholders to progress critical prioritiesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures, and justify and gain cooperation of other parties on practices, policies, and procedures.What We Can Do For You:
