This role is home-based in Belgium but will require frequent client travel, potentially up to 4 days per week.

Develop new business and manage existing accounts Discover opportunities to make our clients safer, more productive and more sustainable Lead teams of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify the root causes of client safety and / or operational challenges by analysing a range of metrics and observations, and create, communicate and implement solutions Work directly with the client identifying pain points and developing and implementing effective solutions to meet their needs Develop your own and your team’s work plans, mobilising the team to deliver effectively Work with members of your team to build their capabilities and deliver better value to the clientManage project delivery to ensure projects deliver the intended benefits.Who are you today? You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering / EHS / Business You have experience in management consulting with deep understanding of either safety, operational risk management and / or operational excellence You demonstrate deep knowledge of one or more of our core sectors - Chemicals, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Transport or Food & Beverage You have demonstrated the ability to sell complex operations consulting services at C-level with large industrial clients You have the ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives You are able to manage complex projects from end to end for small or large engagements You're a thought leader.
Able to leverage your knowledge to identify themes, trends and challenges within the sector and then to guide clients and create talking points You speak fluent Dutch / Flemish and English but are comfortable communicating and working with a wide range of cultures and nationalities (additional European languages are a significant advantage) You love travel and a chance to work alongside your clients to drive real-world changes You have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
