As Legal Manager, you play an essential role as Business Partner for the commercial departments and for management.
Your responsibilities are very diverse and include a wide range of tasks, using your legal expertise to meet the challenges of their dynamic business environment.
You not only draft commercial contracts, but also seek out the most appropriate legal solutions to business challenges.
You ensure follow-up, including brewery contracts, commercial leases, distribution contracts, ..
.
Working with external lawyers, you actively manage litigation files from A to Z, looking after the company's interests and consolidating its legal position.
This involves extensive contact with law firms, notaries and bailiffs.
You proactively provide legal advice to various departments within the organization.
You are responsible for a variety of legal issues and, as a legal partner, you work closely with internal departments, both commercial and management, to provide legal support.
You effectively monitor the legal budget, with the aim of optimizing costs and guaranteeing financial targets.
You provide training for sales, marketing and management teams on the legal aspects and compliance with legislation of settling commercial issues.
You actively participate in contract negotiations with the sales team to minimize legal risks and exploit business opportunities.
You manage legal processes related to bankruptcies and judicial reorganizations.
You carry out ongoing analysis and optimization of legal processes, including modernization initiatives to promote efficiency.
Profile You have a Master's degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in Business Law.
You have at least 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in a commercial organization or law firm.
You have an excellent knowledge of French, both spoken and written, and at least a basic knowledge of Dutch and English.
You have knowledge of the Law of Obligations and Economic Law thanks to your professional experience.
You have a hands-on, can-do mentality and are able to take the initiative.
You are a team player with a positive attitude.
You are proactive and results-oriented.
You are precise and attentive to detail.
