You will assist a large number of local and foreign distributors to set up their development strategyConduct thorough legal research and analysis to support clients in making informed business decisions and resolving commercial disputes effectively.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including partners, associates, and clients, to develop innovative legal solutions tailored to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client.Represent clients in commercial litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution proceedings, advocating for their interests with integrity and professionalism.You speak French and English fluently.
Dutch is a plusYou have a master degree in law from a Belgian University with excellent academic results.
A LLM is a plus.You have at least 5 years of relevant experience as lawyer in commercial law in the retail sector (distribution, commercial leases, litigation).
This experience is mandatory for this position.
