Create and develop Customer’s Business Plans, co-lead year-end negotiationsDevelop, sell, and evaluate with the Customer the Joint Business Plans to deliver sales critical metricsLead your portfolio to use trade funds to achieve sustainable volume and value growthDemonstrate Customer’s specifics knowledge for reliable input to P&G initiative planningLead the deployment of multifunctional resources and funds against clearly defined Customer-specific value creation and in-store presence opportunitiesOperational work related to day-to-day business (i.e., volume forecasting, customer reports, updates on trade and competition, budgets management etc.)Analyze and recommend new ideas on how to improve sales in given categoryBuild category in-depth understanding across the teamBuild collaborative business relationship with internal and external partners Job QualificationsProven success as a Key Account ManagerProven sales experience in sector of foodservice is a plus.

Can be supplier of retailer.Attitude of continuously striving for excellence, and ability to take calculated risk to achieve superior resultsExcellent analytical thinking and communication skills, together with ability to influence othersAgility to provide clear direction to sales team to drive the best in-store executionVery good negotiation skills with proven track of successValid driver's license (active driver)Master degreeFluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken)What we Offer:
