Your missionoYou manage the planning, resources, milestones and deliverables of the audit missions.
You organize your team (of 1 or 2 auditors) in order to quickly grasp the domain you audit and perform thorough and high-quality risk-based testing.oYou evaluate the systems, processes and procedures of bpostgroup and its subsidiaries in order to strengthen the internal control environment.oYou identify risks that might jeopardize the strategic objectives of bpostgroup, suggest the necessary measures and follow up on the implementation of these measures.oYou draw up qualitative audit reports, and present the results to the line management, up to Executive Committee members. oYou maintain contact with the internal customers on a regular basis and suggest concrete and pragmatic solutions to create value for the company.oYou report to the Audit Manager.Your profileoYou have a master degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in internal and/or external audit combined with consulting, project management or general accounting expertise.oExperience in leading a team and a CIA, CISA certificate or equivalent are a plus.oYou have a strong analytical mindset and master the capacity to boil information down to its essentials.oYou can work autonomously but are at the same time an integer and empathic team player.oYou have excellent communication (written and spoken) and presentation skills.
