You will scope the project with the main stakeholders involved, identify the solutions to be provided, define an implementation plan as well as the resources/budgets required, while maintaining a high-level view.You will coordinate, organise and monitor the various activities within the project in line with the priorities and skills of each individual as well as the needs of the client.You will advise and support the project team in order to put together a high-performance project team.You will be responsible for managing several IT projects (small and medium-sized) at the same time.You will keep an overview of the project, reporting and communicating progress to the various stakeholdersYou will draw up regular reports on project progress, problems encountered, decisions taken and actions to be taken.
