• Responsibility for yield reporting and improvement databases with yield data coming from different companies, using commercially available software packages.• Responsible for device test integration in a production environmentYou would be best suited for this position if:
* You have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics * You have Testengineering experience of semiconductor devices such as power discretes.
