The SeniorFunctionalAnalyst we are looking for will be working in our Product Journey Tribe with the Workforce Management Squads (appointments and installation applications). The Workforce Management Squads focus on the appointment journey for our customers in-home/outdoor services and maintaining network quality.
In collaboration with our partners, we deliver solutions to get our customers up and running as smooth as possible.
We collaborate closely with architects, business, and process analysts to design reliable and scalable solutions. As a SeniorFunctionalAnalyst you’ll translate business needs into requirements (functional and non-functional).
You align closely with stakeholders (business and technical).

Ideally you have:
minimum 10 years relevant experience in an IT environment, 5 of which as a FunctionalAnalyst.
Ideally you have experience in a telco or utility company a structured way of working, a keen eye for detail without losing the bigger picture a pragmatic approach to analytic workyou improve the atmosphere and cooperation between colleagues and has also a sense of personal responsibility the ability to work autonomously.
