At least 5 year experience (preferably in utilities or retail) Strong analytical capabilities and ability to detect/assess dependencies.
Active listener, you think and act with a customer-centric mindset.
Facilitator in meetings and you feel confident to deliver presentations in a group.
Agile mindset with strong planning & organisational skills to work against deadlines (sprints).
You’re fluent in English.
You speak Dutch and/or French.
You have a strong safety and environmental awareness.
