Operational Management:
Manage day-to-day F&B operations, including inventory management, procurement, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Staff Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise F&B personnel, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and impeccable service.Guest Experience:
Ensure an exceptional dining experience by monitoring service quality, addressing guest feedback, and proactively anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and identify revenue-enhancing opportunities while maintaining the highest culinary standards.Vendor and Supplier Relationships:
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients and products for the kitchen and bar.Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with the executive chef, sommeliers, and other F&B staff to maintain consistency in quality, service, and presentation.Innovation and Trends:
Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and F&B innovations to continuously enhance the dining experience.Requirements:
Experience:
Proven track record in a managerial role within Michelin-starred restaurants or high-end F&B establishments.In-depth understanding of fine dining cuisine, food trends, wine pairing, and an appreciation for culinary arts.Strong leadership abilities with a focus on mentorship, team development, and fostering a culture of excellence.Dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring satisfaction, and exceeding expectations.Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue while maintaining quality standards.Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, guests, suppliers, and management.A meticulous approach to maintaining Michelin-star quality or equivalent standards in every aspect of F&B operations.Preferred Qualifications:
