This is a great opportunity for a FinancialController who is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive financial excellence.
As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee end-to-end financial operational activities within our Benelux region.
What you’ll do:
Partner with business units to align financial control activities with strategic objectives.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing consultative support.
Lead the period-end closing process, ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial statements.
Deliver statutory reporting in compliance with IFRS and Country GAAP, facilitating external audits.
Identify and implement opportunities for automation and improvement.
Implement digital tools such as PowerBI, Robotics, and AI to enhance efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
Champion digital transformation initiatives and ensure adherence to global reporting standards.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience in financial management with a focus on digital transformation.
Expertise in data analytics tools such as PowerBI; familiarity with Robotics, Machine Learning, and AI.
Thorough understanding of IFRS and Country GAAP compliance.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change.
