What’s the scope?This role is responsible formanaging the financial budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis of KontoorEMEA. Reporting to the Director FP&AEMEA, this role will be the strategic Finance Business Partner for the Business Leaders and optimize Kontoor's operational efficiency by overseeing and managing the General and Admin functions.
This role will also lead all global projects for EMEA.Your responsibilities as our SeniorFP&AManagerEMEA;Strategic Plan and Annual Financial Plan:
Coordinator of the EMEA business’ strategic plan and annual operating plans design to ensure they accurately reflect business dynamics and the strategic direction of KontoorEMEA.
Follow up on the defined 3y Strategy plan and advise leadership with respect to initiatives that drive the business and achieve goals.Strategic Financial Business Partner:
Provide pro-active analysis to cost center owners and functional leaders on spending and increase visibility and ownership of costs.
Finance Project Owner:
Act as the Finance SME in all business and strategic projects.
Additionally, work closely with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable projects to increase profitability. Ad-Hoc financial analysis:
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions including business cases on potential new business developments (Expense Management, M&A, …)Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and improve accuracy.
Drive best in class cost reporting, analysis, and commentary on SG&A Strategic and Profitability Reporting to Business Leaders:
Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting to key Corporate and EMEA financial & business leaders including ELT KPI’s and Strategy Reporting. Support for Internal & External Audit.Skills for Success:
University Degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance+8 years of experience in Finance (Cost Controlling, Budgetting &Reporting), preferably in a US GAAP based company.
Knowledge of Fashion dynamics, from both a financial and strategic point of viewAbility to coordinate activities in multiple countries, facilitating communication among the key players and from/to ELT managementFluent English, another European language is a plusKnowledge of US GAAP, Reporting System, ERP systems; experience and understanding in Internal Controls/Best Practices.We offer:
