Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the design process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and rethink the way we produce and assemble materials for construction. Utilize state-of-the-art design tools and software to create detailed design specifications, prototypes, and models. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Qualifications Master's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering 5+ years of experience in the design and engineering of steel structures, lightweight structures and, or facades Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.
Knowledge in parametric design and programming Proficiency in design softwares as SCIA, Ideastatica, Advanced steel, Robot, with a strong ability to create detailed drawings, models, and prototypes. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex design projects from concept to production. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design concepts.
Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers. BESIX
