??? Design and implement robust cybersecurity frameworks for OT and Industrial Control Systems (ICS), ensuring compliance with industry standards.
? Lead incident response activities, investigating, containing, and eradicating cyber threats, and facilitating the swift recovery of OT operations.
Develop and deliver training programs to raise OT security awareness across all technical and non-technical staff.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate cybersecurity measures into existing OT systems and processes.
Continuously monitor the evolving cybersecurity landscape, identifying emerging threats and recommending proactive security improvements.
Provide expert guidance and strategic advice to senior management on OT security best practices.
Mentor and coach junior cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
?Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in information security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a demonstrated focus on OT/ICS environments.
Recognized cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, GICSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443) and OT security regulations.
Proven track record of successfully managing OT cybersecurity projects from inception to completion.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex OT systems and pinpoint security risks.
