Together with the Business Development and other stakeholders in the organization, you will create attractive commercial proposals based on a strong technical solution that meets the customer’s requirement and brings the value they search.
In the implementation phase you ensure that the concept design is translated in a viable implementable detailed design.
Your Responsibilities Analyzing, investigating and designing (automated) logistic concepts and processes , based on the available data and your experience on previous projetcs; Leading workshops with customers and suppliers to ensure proper alignment of logistics concepts with all requirements; Performing activity based cost calculations for designed solutions; #LI-AM4 Developing proposals and presenting the solutions to the (potential) customer, highlighting the unique Selling Point and benefits from the Solution.
Your Skills and Experiences Master’s degree in logistics/engineering or equal level by experience.
5 years of experience in operations management and/or engineering; Extended knowledge of Warehouse Solutions, conceptual and technical knowledge to transform this in the design of new automated solutions; Strong experience in activity-based cost calculation and the establishment of rates; Born confident and motivator with enthusiasm to lead people.
You are a decision maker and able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Result driven mindset, good communication and presentation skills, strong team spirit; Excellent command of English, Dutch is a plus; You are willing to travel in Belgium (north) and The Netherlands (South) in relation to different projects / customers.
