We are after an intellectually curious and very well organised individual, with an ability to see the many dimensions of a policy problem, manage and work alongside thematic experts and with strong project management skills.
Much of our work concerns impact assessments, evaluations, fitness checks and other policy-related studies, so skills in one or more of these areas would be a strong advantage.What you’ll get to do:

Build relationships with our clients to understand and address their needsManage and support projectsLead and support proposals, including building teams, developing methodologies and budgetsCarry out policy and/or economic research, analysis and evaluationsLead and contribute to delivering high quality research and analysisLearn from peers and more senior members of the team, and support with the development of more junior staff membersSupport the management of one of our Framework Contracts / client accountsYou will not only be supported by colleagues (line manager, buddy and other team members both within and outside of the practice), but will benefit from the support of centralised functions (such as our business development, pricing, finance, contracts and subcontracts teams) in relation to proposal preparation and execution, and project set-up and monitoring.What you'll need to succeed:

You have a wide range of interests and are quick to develop a nuanced understanding of complex issues.Your experience could have been gained supporting research work in government or a regulatory agency, the European Commission, academia, the private sector or the third sector.You will have:
Experience of a minimum of 5 years Expertise in managing and delivering evaluations of publicpolicies/laws and programmes, including the application of innovative approaches to estimation of policy and programme impacts and assessing progress with reformsAn interest in and familiarity with EU public policyAbility to write and communicate with others in excellent English (additional European languages would be an asset)A relevant undergraduate university degree. #Indeed#LI-CC1 ICF BrusselsBrussels
