As a SeniorCloudAdministrator–PaaS, you will:
Be accountable for the management and operation of assigned cloud services, ensuring their reliability and optimal performance.
Deliver second and third-line support for cloud services, including handling service requests, troubleshooting incidents, and advising on improvements based on best business practices.
Engage in the analysis, design, and documentation of new requirements and change requests to enhance service functionality and performance.
Develop comprehensive documentation, including requirements definitions, functional and technical designs, and system specifications.
Estimate time requirements for deploying new service features and updates accurately.
Stay informed and knowledgeable about the latest industry developments by participating in conferences and training related to your job functions.
Actively contribute to projects and service operations across different service lines, facilitating seamless integration and collaboration.
Conduct briefings and presentations to share knowledge and updates with both team members and stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table:
A graduate degree in Computer and Information Systems Technology or an equivalent level of qualification or professional accreditation.
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environment (Azure Active Directory, VMs, DevTest Labs ,Azure update management, Azure networking, Monitoring, Storage, Application gateways, App services, Azure databases ).
Proficient experience with Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of Microsoft O365 administration and configuration.
Practical experience with Amazon AWS cloud services.
Expertise in managing Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers.
Strong scripting abilities in Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, Azure ARM, and CloudFormation templates.

Analyze complex problems and develop strategic solutions that enhance cloud service delivery and performance.
Communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, from technical team members to non-technical stakeholders.
